Dr. Xingyu Zhao presented work on assessing the safety and reliability of autonomous vehicles through the use of on the road testing at the 30th International Symposium on Software Reliability Engineering (ISSRE). He was part of a team of our Smart Systems Group researchers here at Heriot-Watt University, as well as colleagues from University of London’s Centre for Software Reliability, together they were nominated for best paper at ISSRE.
After all the hard work in the lab and presenting to large audiences, the symposium’s dinner and birthday cake were a well deserved reward for Xingyu’s excellent work.
