Smart Systems Group

Yibo is a PhD student from China within Smart Systems Group. He studied mineral processing engineering at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) and obtained a bachelor's degree in 2014. Then he worked for Xishan Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. for three years as an assistant engineer. After that, he graduated MSc in Energy from Heriot-watt University in 2018 and received a PhD opportunity there. His PhD project is The Nature of High Voltage Electric Arcs in Electric Vehicles.
