Dr. Maizura Mokhtar
Maizura is a consultant with SP Energy Networks. Prior to this appointment she was a KTP Associate with SPEN.
Maizura has a BEng (Hons) degree in Electronics and Computing from Nottingham Trent University, an MSc (Eng) in Control Systems from the University of Sheffield, and a PhD in Electronics from the University of York.
She has participated in many international conferences and workshop, as presenter, reviewer and program committee member. She has won a number of awards, most recently the Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards 2019: Rising Star Award. She was nominated for the ANALYST AWARD & JUDGES AWARD for Young Professionals Green Energy Awards 2019. She is a member of the IET, the IEEE and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS).
