Mr. Sam Harper
Sam Harper started his PhD in 2018 in the Institute of Mechanical, Process and Energy Engineering at Heriot-Watt University, where he graduated with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Training. His work covers wearable and portable device communications, with work in the EU BEACONING project. He is expected to finish in 2021.
